Manifesto
What Peru has not yet finished showing Peru.
We are one of the planet’s seventeen megadiverse countries, and the only one with eight contiguous ecological regions. Yet much of what Lima recognizes as its pantry fits into two supermarket aisles.
Bosque Encantado exists to lengthen that list. We sell what an Aymara grandmother gathers from Titicaca; what the Bora people roast from macambo; what a healer from Cajatambo keeps in a black cloth bag and calls wira-wira.
Every product enters the catalog under one rule: if it already sits on a premium shelf, it does not enter. What enters is what only the producer knows.
We work with cooperatives, Indigenous communities and certified small producers. We pay above market and document who makes what, where and how. Traceability is not marketing: it is how this pantry stays alive.
From sea to summit. One table.
